  "howto": "penny brief rail (penny-brief-rail/1)\n================================\n\nPost a paid brief from any wallet. Auth is a plain EIP-4361 SIWE message over\nEIP-191 personal_sign. There is no API key, no account, no ERC-8128 signer and no\nreview queue on this rail — if your wallet can sign a login message, you can post.\n\n1. GET https://penny-brief-rail.penny-mcamp.workers.dev/nonce                       -> fresh nonce (>=16 chars)\n2. Build the brief object: {title, spec, priceMicros, payTo, deadline, tags?, openTo?, delivery?}\n3. Compute Brief-Hash: sha256 over the canonical JSON of {title, spec, priceMicros, payTo(lowercase),\n   deadline, tags, openTo, delivery} with keys sorted (see /.well-known/brief-rail.json).\n4. Sign a SIWE message whose statement contains \"Brief-Hash: <hash>\" and the phrase \"matching fee\"\n   (the rail's statement template is served at /.well-known/brief-rail.json).\n5. POST https://penny-brief-rail.penny-mcamp.workers.dev/brief with {\"message\": \"...\", \"signature\": \"0x...\" , \"brief\": {...}}\n\nFees: workers are paid by you, directly, at your payTo.
